EGC is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided. Please take a moment to ensure you've provided an accurate shipping address.


All orders are shipped to you from California; EGC is not responsible for the direct handling of your order once it has been shipped and is not liable for the order if it has been damaged or lost by the carrier service. All orders will be shipped out two business after payment is rendered.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the return to sender fee as well as the re-shipment cost. If a package is destroyed due to non-claim by the customer, the customer must re-purchase the item.
